We are a Thousand Trails member and made our reservation approximately 4 months in advance. They were informed that we have a 45 ft diesel pusher and tow a jeep. We were assigned K-10 and it was obviously too small. I voiced my concerns, but the staff stated she would give us orange traffic cones to put out so no one would hit out coach. The back of our coach was literally hanging in the street and the entire camp side of our coach was along the edge of the road. We could not even open our bay doors, much less put out our awning. I again, voiced concerns and requested to move to one of the two large empty sites next us. My request was denied because she said the ones assigned to those sites were staying longer. We were not planning on spending much time at the location so we decided to stay (since we were already parked). Remember, those large empty sites next to us, well, the following day a 20ish foot travel trailer pulled into the large spot and a 32 ft Class A was in the other. One stayed overnight and they other left the following day. Both spots were filled again the following day, one with a fifth wheel (considerably smaller than our rig) and another small travel trailer in the other spot. We stayed 6 nights and left. It appears as if most of the spots are occupied by permanent residents. From what I saw the only transient spots were the three at the front and definitely not designed for large rigs. We are full timers, and this is the absolute worst park we have visited. I wanted to leave before we were even parked but my husband said it would be fine. We will never stay at this park again. Internet was poor at this location, and we typically have good internet.

We booked explain that we had a 40” toy hauler and wanted to open it maybe. The night we arrived we had to drive through another site to get in and there was no way we could make the turn to get out due to all the trees. We had to leave and go to another camp. The management was great about helping us find a place and refunding us. Most spots were filled with seasonal campers (long termers). The place was very shady lots of trees. Nice clean pool. The trees did run out ACs and roof on the street coming in and in the park. I passed it along to the manager.

We enjoyed our two days here visiting friends. Lots of seasonal sits with very friendly folks who welcomed us like family. Some spaces are pretty large while others can be tight. Very quite park with lots of trees and nice fishing pond.
100 Acre Wood would stay here again
