Massacre Rocks Rest Area Westbound

There are a lot of big rig parking spaces here that are easy to get in and out of and you can choose to park in the light, close to the clean bathrooms, or further down towards the exit in the dark. We arrived about 9 PM on Friday night during some stormy weather in October, and there were two other travel trailers along with a sprinter van already parked. We all stayed the night and left about the same time the next morning. There is typical rest stop noise here but overall we felt safe and had a nice rest and overall good experience.
