After two weeks of boondocking it is nice to plug in and use the clean showers. Walk to restaurants and do your laundry. The laundry is US quarters but they will change them for you in the office. When open, that is the gamble. Luckily the older gentleman who rakes the grounds non-stop is really friendly and will call the girls to open up for anyone who asks.
From the camp ground one can walk onto the beautiful beach, or, if preferred take a seat on the large terrace near the pool and overlook the beach.
The camp is mostly occupied by very friendly retirees.
There is also a tent area, clean showers and a library where you can exchange your books, again in the office so you have to be lucky to find it open.
The pool is smallish and clean, I have never seen anyone in it.
We did have a hard time finding it because Apple maps gave us the wrong address, apparently the old entrance is blocked off.

Right in town, great beach, pool, wifi. Fresh fish guy comes every Wed morning. Regulars are friendly enough, even if you are not into the wind sports. Weekly and Monthly rates. Walk to store or restaurants. An hours drive to Cosco in Cabo.

“Abierto: noun. The equivalent of a store's "Open" sign, which may mean the business is currently open, is simply not closed forever, or at some point in the past it was indeed open, but is now permanently closed & no one bothered taking the sign down.”

Marty V's is a pristine RV park for those of us with smaller rigs. While the majority of the park plays home to medium-sized rigs packed in rather tightly, there is a rather pleasant corner tucked away in the back near two permanent residents who have turned their large rigs into palapa-permanent homes.
In this area, you may find yourself alone for days at a time, with immediate access to US quarter operated laundry machines and what will end up being your own private bathrooms, with hot showers and all.
Trees provide shade if you're into that sort of thing, or you can get full sun for solar except for the earliest and latest times of the day when said trees and permanent residents will block the sun. There is a road directly adjacent to this part of the park, and a cow wearing a bell may appear randomly, ringing your attention towards his existence in the middle of what we consider to be a more than lovely little Mexican town full of Americans and Canadians.
Beyond the beachfront hotel which is also part of this establishment there is a small but very well kept pool, and after months of swimming in the ocean's salt, we found it swell like Charlie Brown's t-shirt.

On our way back from the beach, one of them ran over and jumped in again (they LOVE the water), we got her out in literally 10 seconds.
The owner aggressively corners us in her ATV, kicking up dirt and scaring the dogs. She starts screaming at us and demands we leave immediately. We apologized profusely and tried to explain the situation and say how sorry we were (no one was at the pool, by the way. It’s not like they had any patrons there, this was during off-season). We continue to apologize, she continents to literally scream at us and follows us until we are off property.
This was absolutely insane.

HOWEVER, THE OWNER IS CRAZY
We have three dogs, all well behaved. Two of them LOVE the water. Our first day here, they jumped in the pool. A worker told us they weren’t allowed in so we got them out immediately and went to the beach. Later on, we went back up to the pool to rinse off. One of our dogs jumped in, we got her out in less than 30 seconds. One minute later, the owner comes speeding into the area on an ATV, screaming at us about our dogs and demanding we leave immediately. We told her we were so sorry, we were just told this morning about the rules, one of them jumped in but we got her out right away, etc.
She proceeded to literally scream at us, told us to get off the property ASAP, said she would call the cops, she followed us around on her ATV to make sure we left. It was absolutely insane. All because we didn’t know the rules and corrected ourselves immediately after, but had a small mishap when one of them jumped in again even though we got her out IMMEDIATELY.
Yes, this place is gorgeous and convenient, but the keener is literally a psychopath.
Beware.
