I will guess Flagstaff. I didn’t need extra water, so I am not sure. I do know that there are all kinds of commercial establishments on Milton rd as you reach Flag from Mary’s Lake rd.

Probably back at Canyon Vista or Lakeview Campground on the main road. They're both Forest Service campgrounds.
