Great place to stay for a one nighter. 3 miles from HW 81, easy to get to and quite. This is a City Park not an RV park, so electric is all you get. Their is water but it's more like a community spigot/hydrant. Easy pull in sites but do not expect it to be level, it was for one night we did not even detach trailer from the truck.... more

This is a City Park not an RV park, so electric is all you get. Their is water but it's more like a community spigot/hydrant. Easy pull in sites but do not expect it to be level, it was for one night we did not even detach trailer from the truck.
Woke up the next morning to a nice little city park with a play ground that your kids will love.
Dump station is available across the street at the small Fair Grounds.
We would definitely stay again if we are ever again in that area.

much as everyone else has mentioned nice park with electric and toilets. town pretty cool too. new place called the farm opened recently brew pub and cafe if that kinda stuff is your bag. nice waterfall and river very close by. clean and quiet

Cute town park with disc golf and a swimming pool. Showers and bathrooms to the public. The town is small and we were advices to go see Rock City 10 mins away. Cute town park with disc golf and a swimming pool. Showers and bathrooms to the public. The town is small and we were advices to go see Rock City 10 mins away. The park is difficult to drive a large rig through on account of the large trees very close to the pavement. The sites are just a pull off from the main road and next to a telephone pole. The sight numbers are not clearly posted but the 4 sights available are in the back of the park and the number of the site is on the pole with your hookup.

Pull up sites not necessarily level. Water hydrants available and long hoses needed. Dump Station across the road. Nice and quiet.

Overall Rating
This is a little hard to find as it is unsigned on the road. Camp sites in the rear of a city park. But includes electricity. Water is good and handy and there are showers. Bathrooms are clean. No place to pay but a policeman comes around. And the park is patrolled. Also walking paths into town are handy.
