It was a surprise to find this neatly maintained and extremely peaceful CG after driving through a depressed neighborhood. At one point we thought of turning around. However, this location is perfectly located if you are en route to Seattle from Kelowna, BC. The camp host, Sue, was very helpful and friendly. Level paved spots. Columbia River rolling through cooled off the night air to make sleeping with open windows very comfortable—it had been in the 90s when we arrived. Did not use showers but looked—they were clean. Sat on the banks of the Columbia, tranquil and no bugs!

My only negative is the Prickly Pear Trail needs warning signs. Our dog step on one prickly pear that was in the trail pathway, they are hard to get out!

50 amp electric and water worked well. Sewer was in a good easy to access location. Bathroom was nice with hot showers. Pull through sites closest to the river have more space than the sites higher up on the hill. The sister park, Conklin Landing is nice as well and just a block down river. Overall, I could not find any negatives with this park, a real find. It scores a rare 5 stars for me, I'll be back for a longer stay.
Several good Mexican restaurants in town and two small grocery stores.
10 HDTV channels, great 5G cell service with AT&T, 4-5 bars. Good streaming without the booster.

Stayed for just one night. I would have stayed longer but it is fishing season and all the sites were full. Water pressure was fantastic, everything was clean and most of the sites looked to be pull-through.
