This is NOT an RV resort it's a mobile home park that allows RV's. Common areas including the pool are shared with the mobile home park across the street (Hitching Post) Site are very tight as well as the roads in the park. This is NOT an RV resort it's a mobile home park that allows RV's. Common areas including the pool are shared with the mobile home park across the street (Hitching Post) Site are very tight as well as the roads in the park. Our site was a mess, dirt everywhere and low wet areas ( not due to rain) ..we got stuck. The drive it was a mess. Location was key but every else was a fail.

This is not really an RV resort, more of a older mobile home park that allows RVs as well. The front area is nice where the pool and activities are (which are shared with the mobile home park across the street) Roads are very narrow and all tore up. Location is great 👍

We were 'stuck' in Naples when a snow storm hit the SE and we couldn't safely get our rig home. The staff here are so accommodating and friendly! They let us extend our stay...twice! Without moving sites. The sites have wonderful pavers which made for a clean comfortable site. I would have loved a pic nic table, but we managed. ... more

The sites have wonderful pavers which made for a clean comfortable site. I would have loved a pic nic table, but we managed.
The campground is a mix of long term/mobile homes and rv slots. Very clean and very conveninent to stores, beaches, and wildlife preserves.

So, evidently, I booked at the wrong park. This one had a few hundred pads, and probably 2/3 were permanent structures. RV Pads were scattered around. We didn't talk to another soul the entire time we were there. It may be good for the 55+ crowd, but it really didn't seem like an RV park at all. It was much more like a nice mobile... more

We didn't talk to another soul the entire time we were there. It may be good for the 55+ crowd, but it really didn't seem like an RV park at all. It was much more like a nice mobile home park. The front desk messed up our reservation twice, but after the second time, we just paid the night and called it a day.

Marco Naples RV Resort is a 55+ park located midway between Naples and Marco Island. Guests under 55 are accepted for short term stays. Water park located just across the road and beaches within 15 minutes of the park.
Most of the sites are newly paved and pull through. Free wifi, Pool, Shuffleboard, Horseshoes, Petanque and much more. Newer bathhouse, activity areas and library on property.
Vacation Cottages also available on property
Laundry available just across the street from the park
