I don’t normally give negative reviews but this place was pretty awful. Other than a great location for visiting Burlington (and across the street from a public beach) the park itself is a dump. Spots are in a shaded forest-like setting but they are super close together and not maintained at all. Our site was so heavily sloped we could... more

We wanted to come to Burlington to check out the city and the area, had to stay for a week due to traveling for work, so we needed to be close to an airport. I used this campground as a jumping off point for exploring the area around Burlington. While I don't usually pay this much for a campsite, their price seemed to be in line with what other campgrounds in the area charge, including public campgrounds.
