We had a long travel day going from the Black Hills to the Oregon coast, and based on previous reviews we were not sure about this place. However, we were very glad we gave it a chance.
There were 6 electric sites with two water spigots to share between them and a dump station just outside the fairground complex. The sites were big enough for all sizes of rigs and the road in was paved up to the last 25 feet or so which was dirt. We paid $15 to dry camp only which is in a large field near the electric sites.
A caretaker for the facility lives on site, so we felt safe during our overnight and the place is well lit for additional security. Two other travelers arrived shortly after us which helped make it more comfortable. Walking the grounds to let our dog run a bit felt like going back into the 50's (or what we imagine it would have felt like :) )

This is a field with a few hookups. Very dusty. Transients all hours of the night. I couldn’t wait to leave. It was a Passport America rate of $15. But people came in late and left early. One camper had cars driving over to it in the wee hours. Very uncomfortable here.

Nothing special here $15 is to much but is easy access and simple, would find better alternatives.

Price reflects the PA rate. Nothing fancy, not even remotely. Following google we were sent down a sketchy but paved road for half mile or so before ending up at the locked west gate. Found our way to the main pedestrian entrance 1/2 mile away and security directed us to the east gate. From there we drove through the dirt staging lot, around the arena, band stand, the stock pens, horse barns and finally through a gate to the rv spots. The hookup spots are packed very close together and are right outside the arena and bandstand area. With PA discount price was reasonable for an electric site, but I dont think we'd stay again at the full $30 nightly rate. It is a rodeo venue so expect it to be pretty dusty and buggy.

VEry rough. Was hot 100 degrees and dry. Dry was good would not advise camping here if wet. We’re glad to have electric. Shared water with another camper who did have a splitter on spigot but they had spigot off so we used as needed and turned back off. $30 per night was certainly cheaper than any other choices around. On the plus side, the water and electric did work and it was pretty quiet. At $30 it seemed overpriced but a lot cheaper than the alternative at River Point.

Campground is open as of 4/3/2022. The campground has dry camping sites for $15.00 and water/electric sites for $30.00. Easy to find and mostly quiet location. We did hear a couple trains passing nearby. Large grass field to walk our dog.

We like this park better than the other local ones. Price is steep for what it is. It’s cheaper if you dry camp but it’s not clear where you dry camp at. If it’s full you might have some issues moving a larger rig into a site. Our 40 ft bus fits fine.
