We have a 30 ft Class C RV and we booked through recreation.gov. The web site indicated that the site was suitable for a 30 ft RV or 30 ft trailer. While the site may have accommodated a 30 ft RV, the approach and maneuvering to park in the site was NOT suitable. Could not back in to our site, or probably any other site. On departure we had to use the turn around at the end of the road. Required dozens of forward and reverse maneuvers to make the turn. Leaving our site and departing the campground took over an hour.
The website should indicate that RV's over 20 ft and travel trailers are not suitable.
BTW, the camp hosts were friendly and helpful.

The stream is overgrown and not really visible to the campers, but you can access it at various places if you are desperate for a dunk. Heavily treed, which means pretty private - you likely wont have anybody right next to you. The dirt access road is on the other side of the stream so you will hear a few vehicles coming and going, but not much. Less than half full on a weekend in late September. Nice find on our way south from Craters of the Moon.

We were there on a weekend and there were still a few spots available.
There are about 4 primitive spots. Two are before you get to the campground and 2 after the campground. The road narrows significantly after the campground with only a few spots to turnaround. There is a lot of road traffic (not sure where they are going) and very dusty.

Great place to stay. Very small campground, though there is a group site. The single loop has a tight radius turn around. I’d agree with others that big rigs shouldn’t try it. Great for my teardrop though. The host, Marty, was very welcoming. He informed us about the different qualities of the sites and recommended site 9, which was right on the stream. We’d just come from 4 days boondocking near Moab and were excited for the shade, babbling stream, the chance to put on a flannel shirt in the evening, and to be able to build a campfire. (The first time in 10 days due to fire restrictions.) BTW, the stream is great, not huge but fed from an artesian spring just above the waterfall, a few short steps from the campground, which also boasts a small swimming hole.
Yeah, we’d happily come back here.
Ps. The vault toilet was the cleanest, freshest smelling of any we’d ever encountered. Smelled better than some homes I’ve been in.

Mostly tents but our camper van made it just fine. Definitely no RVs though. There was no camp host or really anyone there.

Vault Toilets are available along with water sources. No dump station. While the camp is very nice I do not recommend pulling a larger trailer or motor home back to the campground. The one lane gravel and dirt road gets very narrow. It would be great for campers, small trailers and tents.
Note: while the website said site #2 would fit a 50' RV, it is for the entire length of the vehicle. Mine is a little over 50', but not much. There would have been an issue with the tree clearance also.
