This RV Park works if you are wanting a one night stay in downtown Vegas. For any longer you are better going to a different place and paying for an Uber or taxi to go where you need to.
It is just a regular parking lot under a very very loud highway. When you arrive there is no signage or anyone to talk to. It was very hard to get someone from the hotel on the phone to even let us know which site number was ours.
The designated dog walking area is through another parking lot and under a highway bridge. There are lots of homeless people around the dog walk area and it is unsafe at any time of day to take your dog to. There is one gate in and out and you could easily be followed in there and have no way out. As a female taking my dog out alone at night this was out of the question for me, maybe others would feel okay but I felt extremely unsafe and instead took my dog to the bathroom on the patches of gravel in the park itself, ignoring the no dog signs. These patches of gravel were covered in other dog feces and there were cockroaches running everywhere.
We stayed here because we went to a festival at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds - it is a great option, location wise, if you are doing this and only staying the night of the festival.

That's the good news. The not so good news is the $48 camping fee has a 'Resort Fee' surcharge (not optional) bringing the nightly fee to $77.37. Pets are $5 extra on top of that. The traffic noise is pretty brutal--one motorcycle rode past around 1 am, and it sounded like he was on the banking at the Daytona 200.
So it's kinda crap, kinda expensive, but there aren't too many other options near the strip, so they can get away with it. Hey--you pays your money and you takes yer choice.

Everything was very good. We spent Thursday, November 24 to 27, in space 200 and everything was perfect. I recommend it.

Unless you're oblivious to noise & local crime situation you will be hard-pressed to get a good night's sleep here. It is noisy on a good day (freeway right there) but can be (& was) extremely bad this past stay for us. Racing cars & motorcycles on Fwy & nearby streets all night long; the fire station nearby had vehicles running code all night long; nearby gunshots (no joke) at various points during night. RV park had a few nice rigs in it but also had some really old fairly broken down rigs with some sketch people as well.
Didn't see much hotel security the 1st day & night but did see them cruising through the area on check out day. We also didn't see any vagrants inside the property while there which is kind of amazing as the homeless / vagrant situation right outside the park & extending a mile or so to the North is of biblical proportions.
They currently have about 1/3rd of the grounds blocked off (not in use). Seemed to have a good handle on trash pickup but weeds / grass prevalent around the pavement.
We only use this place for a crash pad spot once or twice a year during times we wanted to hang out for events like concerts, beer festivals etc around the Downtown/Fremont area but after this last stay the odds we use it again are a lot slimmer than they ever were. They really need to get a handle on who they let stay here as some of the 'guests' gave us more cause for concern than the homeless outside the property so to speak. I'm generally not for the 10-year-rule for rigs at RV parks but some of the people staying here are poster children for why those policies exist at certain parks. Back pre-covid when it was around $30 a night this was a better option but for north of $50 now we'd be hard pressed to consider staying here an ok thing.
Plenty of big-rig parking / 'oversize' parking just off the street before you physically enter the RV park itself. I would recommend parking there & checking it. Or, better yet, call the hotel front desk & ask if you have an assigned spot # & drive to it then walk over to the hotel to check in. There's not enough parking at the hotel main front area to mess with trying to park there & get checked in, at least in my opinion.
We didn't use the showers/bathrooms & under so circumstances would we due to the perceived crime threat in the immediate area. We did see some people using them but it's a hard 'no' for us.
Also, note the pull-thru slots can have you placed so the utilities are on the wrong side of your rig....it's luck of the draw which side you end up on or you'll have to drive into the site 'backwards' if you want the utilities on the driver's side of your camper.

We were staying in Vegas for a race and knew we would t be hanging out at the campground. This is a parking lot that they put some hookups in. Surprisingly the bathroom have been redone and are the only thing worth paying to stay here. Right next to the overpass and we were backed up against the on ramp so it was very noisy and hard to sleep, especially Saturday night. You have to go to the Casino to check in and get your key card for the bathroom. Wouldn’t stay here again unless we were desperate. Lots of trash and homeless in the area, definitely a sketchy spot.

Security was present the 3 days I was there day and night. Still a bit noisy with the RV park being near the Freeway. Quite convenient to downtown Las Vegas You have to walk under the freeway to get to Fremont Street. Kind of a dark spot. Prices went up. Full hookup 50amp is $55 per night. Not sure on the other sites. Pretty level areas. Some spots have few scarce trees in side islands. One way in. Watch your speed going in or you will bottom out your rig. Go in slow, restrooms were clean.

Directly next to a great off-strip casino with free shuttle service - very friendly, helpful staff and good security makes this a place we will definitely return.

Didn't care for the utility setup as it's in an enclosed 'box' type deal shared with neighbor. Sewer drain was contained inside this 'box' & it had no cap on it... lots of flies even with the outer door closed.
Not a place at all where you're able to enjoy sitting around your RV relaxing as there's no space, noise, & surrounding area loaded with vagrants / crime. Would not stay here in the summer months as there's essentially no shade which means it's brutally hot during the Jun-Sep timeframe.
Will we stay here again for a quick OVN, yes. But I have to emphasize being on your game in regard to protecting yourself & your property while here.

Conveniently located but I do not recommend staying here if you have any items on the back of your trailer or in your truck. We locked up all our items but someone drove thru with bolt cutters and stole our bicycles. Yes, there is a security guard that drives through the campground but I think the thieves have done this before and know how to grab what they want and go before security gets back. Sad morning for us. Lost about $5500 between both bikes. We have traveled for almost a year with our bikes and Vegas is where we lose them.
We checked in at 1130pm and woke up to find our bikes gone at 7am.
