We stayed in this wonderful campground for three nights. Plenty of spacious sites for RVs (up to about 35 ft). Our site was "split-level" so we parked on the upper level and the picnic table was down by the creek. We hit the Fall colors at the perfect time. There are clean vault toilets and some trash bins. No potable water and no cell service - you can drive down to the main highway for service. Plenty of hiking and fishing from Lundy Lake which is a short ways from the campground.

Clean vault toilets, bear proof trash dumpsters which are regularly emptied, no potable water (available in Lee Vining 7 miles away), quiet, lovely sites in Aspen trees, Lundy Lake up canyon and Mono Lake down canyon. What more could you want?

Really quiet and not busy, good price. Easy access from Mono Lake. The campground is just down a mountain, which was still with snow at mid-June, so prepare good sleeping bag. A lot of trees, the grass is well maintained. A wild place, but not to much, deer cross sites every evening to go for a drink at the river. Sunset is beautiful and stars are amazing too.
A beautiful, wild and green campground!

Too much fresh air, not enough people and too quiet. This is a wonderful campground with lots of trees and a little Creek. There are a few sites on the west loop that can handle 40+ foot rigs but most are secluded smaller sites. We were the only ones there at the end of October and we had a herd of Mule deer join us every evening. Fir... more
