Originally was headed to Upper Grit wall but was concerned that my truck and camper wouldn’t make it up the hill so we opted for lower grit wall. It did not disappoint! Was a little rocky but our ram 1500 was able to manage with no problem while towing our 22ft Jayco. Super peaceful area. Occasionally you would hear a motorcycle riding along the valley but no issues at all.

Overall Rating
Entrance to this area is steep and heavily rutted, only high clearance vehicles could make it. We certainly could not in our 29' class C. The spots past the entrance look nice, but I only saw Jeeps and a raised pickup out on them. Try the Upper Grit area further down the road for some good access.
