Overall Rating
Lower Bridge is a beautiful campground, located at Bridge 99 right on the Metolius River. There are only 12 campsites, and all are by reservation only. We enjoyed a beautiful view of the river from our campsite. It was very quiet and peaceful. There is a hiking trail along the river, beginning just behind campsite #10. There are water spigots, however, they were non-functional when we were there, as we were camping during the Covid-19 timeframe. Plenty of shade, and yet our camper got enough sun for the solar charger to keep our batteries full throughout the trip. I highly recommend this campground if you want a nice quiet place to be.
