Does anyone know if there is a fee for RV's not camping there to use the dump station? If so, what is the cost? Thanks!

Stayed here one night on the way to Mt Rushmore. Site was spacious and Lake was beautiful. Campers across the road were very noisy but that can happen anywhere. Bathrooms were clean.

This park sits on the Kansas Nebraska border. It is a massive state park built around the Lovewell reservoir.
We pretty much had our pick of sites now that Labor Day is over. Everything from primitive to full hook-ups.
There is plenty of space for biking, walking and water activities. There is a marina but no kayaks for rent.
There are two RV dumps and fresh water located in the park.
The pricing seems overly complicated. Type of site, selection of utilities and location. Have to pay a camping fee and a daily $5 vehicle fee ($25 for calendar year).
Sunsets on the water were nice and the bugs were not too bad. Note that it was very humid ( we gave up an awesome water front site for another site with full hooks-ups).
Some of the sites were little unlevel and soft. Park starting to look a little tired but still very neat.
Cell with booster was slow.
