Love's RV Dump Station

Loves put this dump in a tight corner so if you are going to use it you need to back into it. We have a 40’ Jayco 5th wheel and we were able to fit in with a little maneuvering. I would recommend entering from the “road side” and exiting from the”truck side”. You will need a double length hose to reach the sewer connection but it is reachable and they have water so I was able to also rinse the black tank as well. This water is NOT potable. If your drain pipe is more towards the front you may have a hose issue but ours is in the middle of the rig and we reached it with a double length hose.

This site seems like it was designed by someone who has never owned an RV. We were unable to use it because of the awkward access. It’s in a tight corner of the lot with no good way to pull up or back into it. We have a small Tab 400 with a Durango tow vehicle. Despite our small size, we just could not maneuver to be able to use it. Maybe with a really long hose it would work. Plus, there was a $10 dump fee. I don’t recommend this site if you have options.
