Overall Rating

Not maintained. You are supposed to get a code to unlock the dump when you pay your $10 but no one re-locks it. No one cleans it. And the "dog park"—which is just a tiny, tiny fenced area in the back made up of weeds and mud—was absolutely full of dog crap. No one maintains it at all.
