Gravel rv parking. Convenient access from IH-20. Road noise from nearby local road. Few amenities. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place for an overnight stay.

"Much Nicer Than Expected"

You’re in the middle of the city right by the highway, that’s pretty clear when you check this place out. If you’re wanting to visit the city, Bourbon St, anywhere it’s nice and close. The place is as nice as the photos and very secure. I was nervous pulling in with a 42’ 5th wheel, no problem. You will not find a nicer “in the city RV Park.”
