Overall Rating
We stayed 1 night. We were in a pull through next to secured entry / exit gate but traffic not too bad. Didn't use restrooms or laundry. Gas station across the street with Subway & Church's chicken. Staff was extremely friendly & went out of their way to expedite our check in when card readers were down. Appears to have many long term residents. Park is convenient to I 10.

Overall Rating
Owner kept price down to accommodate workers. No security, so theft is high. Bath house, laundry house. Lots of personal belongings, looks a little trashy.
Terrell would stay here again
