All of Tate's Hell is completely primitive except for Womack Creek Campground https://www.campendium.com/womack-creek-campground-tates-hell-state-forest which has a bathhouse. It is actually pretty close to Site #28 but still a drive. I think self-contained is the way to go in most of the Forest.
