Overall Rating
Was worried about spots available, since it’s first come first serve. But was able to get a good secluded spot. Sites have nice fire pits and picnic tables and bathrooms r usable. Stormed when I was up here but overall great trip definitely would go again. Don’t eat at lc diner in town really bad food lol.

Overall Rating
We were there the night of Labor Day. We had the whole area to ourselves. It’s a rustic state forest area. Our site was right on the water. No swimming but a canoe or kayak would have been awesome. I hear the fishing is great!
