Some of the "K" stations have water. There are a lot of dumpsters unlocked for trash. Dump stations here are the problem. If you belong to the Elks, you can dump and get water for $5.

The nearby Walmart has a filtered water refill station in back by the dairy for 29c/gal. It was large enough we could fill our 7 gal containers. We packed our trash out.
