Great view of the reservoir. The pit toilets were amazing clean. The hand water pump is difficult but manageable. Very quiet and enjoy our brief stay. Three bars on Verizon

Overall Rating
The access road trench from smooth to roof to unpaved, so be prepared for that. There are no amenities and there is no cost. It is wide open and spacious with little shelters. The Reservoir is nothing special but it’s a nice place for a few nights!

We were just driving by and saw the beautiful reservoir and decided to stop for the day. We chose this campsite because it was pretty much empty compared to the others.
Great view, fire ring and picnic table. Couldn’t believe it was free.
Lots of mosquitos. Had to take a gravel road to get to this one.
