The campground is beautiful. If you have a large rig, you'll be nervous on the drive back to the campground, but don't worry, there is in fact a loop at the end. There are many very tall trees all around. We have satellite internet, and we were close enough to a clearing that we were able to get service - even if it was interupted.
We are 43' so they gave us two sites and were very accomodating.

Peter, the owner, was kind and helpful above and beyond. He helped us get our rig fixed when the slide stopped working and him and his family joined us for a bbq dinner as a thank you.
Sadly, the Dixie Fire burned almost half of Lassen and scared most of the people away. Living Springs was not affected physically, but the effects of the Dixie Fire has made it difficult for local businesses in the area.
If you are considering this area, stay here and support this small family owned RV park and campground. This wonderful family of husband & wife and kind, well mannered kids deserves our support through this difficult time.

No cable, Wifi was sketchy, Verizon was weak at 3G/4G 1 bar. We were surrounded by tall evergreens. The campground is well cared for, has cabins, tipis along with tent and RV sites. While we were there the laundry room only had 1 working dryer and 3 washers. The Bathrooms were clean. If you don’t have to have strong network then this is a great place to stay!

Great spot if you like a little more of a nature experience. Nice stream and small pond on the property. Laundry facilities are old but did the trick. Very close to Lassen Volcanic National Park. We stayed in a 42 ft fifth wheel. One of the best places we’ve stayed over our year long RV trip and over 60 parks.

Tent, rv, cabin, or tiny house camping are all available here. Two restroom locations, showers and a laundromat to boot! You can’t find too many campground with on location laundry. Free WiFi at the office and spotty LTE service through the campground. There rates are fair and I will definitely be going back to this place again soon! Thank you Living Springs for your hospitality!

This place is off Hwy 44 about a mile east of Shingletown. It’s a nice, quiet location not to far from Lassen National Park. Bathrooms are clean and spacious and the laundry facilities are cheap.

The owners are super nice and the grounds are well kept. They also have cabins, showers and laundry but we did not use. We'll definitely choose again if we're ever in the area.

Stayed here 8 nights in late May. Beautiful park in the trees, some full time residents and park models, overall a clean, but older park. Limited number of sites that big rigs can fit in. Cell / Data (AT&T and Verizon) is limited, would have been unusuable without a booster. We enjoyed our stay here, wish Mount Lassen National Park had been fully open, but we'll have to come back. Very, very quiet during the week and at a high enough elevation that it didn't matter that the FHU sites only have 30 AMP.
