Little Pine State Park

Great location to access PA's Little Grand Canyon with plenty of outdoor activities surrounding the campground. Appears to be primarily used on weekends by locals.

Unfortunately, the park is relatively poorly maintained - bath house needed a good cleaning and grass was high and poorly mowed. Dump station water source did not have a hose connection and was unusable to connect to tank wash out. With some motivated park employees and a little TLC this could be a great campground.

Enjoyable state park. Level gravel site with fire ring and picnic table. 30 amp only. Tall tree covered sites with no cover between sites. Very quiet from 8pm to 8 am. Small busy playground . Campground is below a earthen dam and has some hiking trails.
Must be approached from the Waterville side (south) as there is a 9 ft bridge 6 -7 miles north of park entrance.
No cell service. Bathhouse was decent with 2 showers each side. Showers are pushbutton and not adjustable. Plenty of warm water. Firewood on site.
