The road in is long. 6 miles of gravel but decently labeled. I followed google maps just fine. There is no potable water nearby that I seen. There is non-potable for horses in camp center. Camp was pretty dumpy. Unkept, not terribly trashy but some. Mid-week had 3 people. Can fit motorhome. Ive noticed many free camps anymore are becoming "meth" looking. Just be aware but not scared off. Judge for yourself. 14 day stay and Im told "not enforced." Had verizon here good enough to watch HD video. I do know water and trash can be had at craigs creek group camp about 20 minutes east off 1193.
