The new RV park isn't necessarily well marked in terms of where it's located and more importantly where you check in. Use the hotel registration desk just west of the auto fueling station. The RV park is behind the hotel registration building.

When we were here, it was very cold, and there was ice everywhere in the RV park area - the rest of the grounds were clear. Treacherous.

The sites are good size and level. However, the water connections are not a standard spigot - they use a bayonet-type mechanism to turn the water on and off. Had to have a maintenance guy come over and turn it on for us.

As of 11/21/22, they're turning off the water to the entire RV park due to issues with the water connections so you're not going to be getting full hookups. Apparently they will be helping folks fill up their fresh water tank, then turning the water back off.

The sewer drops are above ground - like 5 to 6 inches above the ground - so you'll need to use a caddy but probably will need to walk the hose out.

Power was good (15 / 30 / 50 amp).

The RV park is right next to the truck parking lot so there's a lot of noise coming from the trucks running their generators, etc.

Glorified truck stop, really.

Overall Rating

Now that they have added an RV park, you can no longer park for free in front of the hotel. We used the RV park. Very convenient off of Route 80. Several food options. Showers available per repurposed hotel rooms that they’ve removed the beds from; we got our own “hotel room” for shower and toilet. Not a scenic location but fine for a one night stop over.
