The city setup an amazing park here; skate park, mini golf, tennis, baskatball, bbqs, sports fields, walking paths, everything you could imagine in a park. There are poles around for donations by the rv area and dump station. There was a train right next to the rv area but it didnt bother me at all, maybe 20 seconds of noise 3 times daily.
Beware of local businesses overcharging travellers though. I had a tire repaired and they charged 4x as much as standard.

The park itself is amazing...walking the dogs, I found older metal playground equipment, throwbacks to childhood. Giant cottonwood trees and a creek decorate this park. A pool, mini golf, tennis and skate park all within sight. Donations requested and a 3 day limit. Dump is nearby.
The only con is the train...as others reported, it is loud and runs about 4 times per day and twice overnight. I could hear it through earplugs. If that doesn’t bother you, this park couldn’t be better.
PLEASE donate to keep places like this available to us! Happy travels!

This is a fine city park that is easily accessible from the expressway. The electric sites are not very level.
Verizon speeds weren't very good, AT&T was better with 50 Mbps DL/5 Mbps UL.

Second, these sites are not remotely level. Water is available across the road from the sites. Free dump station is a block down the road. Third, the train runs right by the park. Not too often, but the southbound train has to sound it's horn right next to the camping area. Annoying, but maybe 4 times a day. This is a pretty great park in a cute small town. The park has a large playground for the kids, lighted basketball court, tennis court, skateboard park, exercise course, disc golf, and a really great swimming pool in the summer. Coming soon, mini golf! The town has a couple of funky thrift stores, some local eateries and a few chain joints. Great place for an overnight, or stay a few days and relax in a nice small town.

It is FREE, limit 3 nights. A small town, but nice variety of places to eat. Yes it is free, don't be cheap and donate what you can! We made sure to pay extra since we stayed 3 nights and used the RV dump.
FYI - a train goes by that is loud!!!

We love this park. They ask for donations and we gladly paid $20 for the night. They have power at the site. Potable water. And a dump station just down the road.
Be careful getting here GPS took up down dead end road that used to be a thru road.

The area is a local recreation space with some RV spaces along one side. I see basketball and tennis fields, a skate park, an amphitheater, and locals are just dismantling a large tent nearby that clearly hosted an event of some sort. The core park area has nice lush grass, the sidelines are dry.
There are train tracks nearby, which wouldn't otherwise be much of an issue but the trains sound their horns when approaching crossings, and it's very loud and long.
Many of the RV sites have 50/30/20 amp power, and the pedestal looks clean and well-maintained. All of the sites are back-in, and the back of the site is significantly higher than the front. We managed to level our 38' motorhome without lifting tires in the air by putting 1" wood blocks under the front tires -- the door steps are now high enough to make our dog hesitate before jumping up. The better sites are just long enough that you can park your car sideways in front, some of the non-electric sites are shorter.
The bathrooms are quite run down, and there is no lock in the men's room stall door.
The dump station is a metal hatch covering an open sewer grill, both significantly larger than your RV sewer hose; it's a bit of a gross experience.
Our supposedly RV-friendly Garmin GPS made us enter via Zorn St, which had quite a steep little hill you might want to avoid.
