We stayed in site 20 as it seemed to have the most sun for our solar panel (no hookups here), and most other sites were completely shaded. A short path through the vegetation leads to the pleasant stream running behind. There is a well maintained trail loop running along the river and then looping back through the campground. A very friendly staff person stopped by to welcome us. All in all very nice!

We stayed one night in the beginning of June. The sites are nice and isolated from each other. Surrounded by trees. Site 15 has a lot of shade. As do many of the sites. Beginning of June, lots and lots of cottonwood fluff from the trees though. So if that bothers you stay away until the trees are done. #15 is by the river. You can hear it rolling by, there’s a little trail through the woods to the river. At this point of the year, especially with all the rain, the river is very full, so there is no bank or wading in it at until maybe later in the year? One disadvantage is it’s near a small airport and little loud planes have flown by a couple times this morning. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Unfortunately only one sink and one shower in the ladies room. It was clean, and the water was warm. You do need quarters for the shower.

We stayed here for 3 nights late August, 2021. We reserved online - was $109 for the 3 nights which may have included a reservation fee. All sites seemed to be nicely secluded and flat gravel. We could hear the highway noise, but that quieted down at night. Nice river access for our Lab who is water obsessed. All good!

But for $32 a night we were a little surprised of the lack of at least electricity and water. Plus the registration kiosk takes cash or check only (really, checks?) no charges or debits. So bring your cash, exact cash, and if you want to shower it’s $.50 for three minutes or a buck or seven minutes. so bring your coin as well.
All in all, a decent spot to dry camp if you’re prepared to do so. You can hear some highway noise but it’s certainly not distracting.

Each camp site has tall shrubs that seclude you from neighbors. Very nice feel. Clean restroom with shower. Two teepees are available to stay in.
A little pricey in my opinion. $30 for campsite plus $10 deposit or something. I ended up paying $40. Plus $10 for each extra vehicle.
