We were there 6/4-7 2022. 28 sites, 6 with electric service. NO cell service. Our site was under the trees, no electric. Sites fairly close together but the park was quiet with few people. Everyone was very friendly. There are several trails, can walk to the canyon overlook, drive to a very long rail trail at the bottom of the canyon where many people were biking, fishing. Bathrooms were new and clean. Firewood and several locations outside the park. There is a small store close to the park with souvenirs and a very tight, steep road to a fire tower that is self-pay to enter. The town of Wellsboro is close by and very nice area downtown with shops and restaurants. Small grocery store.

We booked two nights in advance on Reserve America and then extended one more night through the Campground office. FYI, you don't have to reserve a site ahead of time. If you think there will be sites open you can just show up and find a site you like then pay at the office. When paying through the office we did not have to pay the $6.50 "reservation" fee. If the office is closed when you arrive they post a list of available sites on the info board by the front door to the office.
The campground is small, only one loop. Easy access, the loop road and the sites are gravel. Some sites look more level than others, we were on site 1 and we had to level up in the back. Nice spacious sites with picnic tables and fire rings. The bathhouse was pretty nice, and clean. The shower water wasn't the hottest but adequate for a comfortable shower.
Location is nice with a short walk to the overlook of the Pine Creek Gorge (PA Grand Canyon) and two decent hikes. Normally you can access the Pine Creek Trail from the Turkey Path Trail but the lower portion of the trail was closed when we were there. For bike access you will have to drive to one of the various trailhead parking areas nearby. No firewood for sale in the campground but just there are many houses on the roads leading to the campground that sell firewood in small bundles for $3-$5.

Bathrooms clean, trails galore! Dump and water and freshly manicured lawns. Definitely coming back. Be careful coming in, stay on 660 and come in by the airport. I walked into the woods on the forest road and got Verizon LTE at the top of the hill.

Leonard Harrison (overlook to the Grand Canyon of PA) is a very small state park that offers a great view of the gorge in the misty morning and evening sunset. Campground offers spacious (if not private) campsites with perfect hammock trees. Nice bath house.
Other tips:
We did floating and a bike ride along the Pine Creek rail trail through Pine Creek Outfitters, who were lovely. Didn't have a chance to check out Colton state park on the other side.
Wellsboro is a cute town. Recommend The Creamery for tasty ice cream and get your beer from Pizza Hut (seriously, you can't find it anywhere else). We stopped into Pop's Culture Shop which is a fantastic board game shop! Skip Native Bagel - 0/5 would not recommend. Dirty, rude, and the worst latte ever.

A well maintained park on the east side of the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania. The lower number sites are dry camping. Wooded and with gravel pads, they were rather muddy due to lots of rain. Higher number sites are intended for RVs and have electricity and are fairly level. They are open and grassy with only a few trees. A single building has toilets and showers.
Reservations can be made either through Reserve America or Pa. State Parks; Pa parks have a lower fees. Note that there is a higher charge for nonresidents.
Between the campground and the canyon is a gift shop with snack bar. Canyon overlooks and hiking trails are available.

We reserved ahead ($6 night senior discount) but may not have been necessary. We stayed over July 4,so I wanted to be sure we had a spot. Open Gravel, level sites without privacy screening. Bathrooms were clean with one shower stall. No cell or data service. We had to drive a few miles to get service.
