The camp hosts gave a discount because there potable water was not functional. This had no negative impact on us, since we planned to dry camp. Our site was less than 50 feet from the West (upper) Walker River. Too much water flow for any serious fishing, but absolutely gorgeous. “Nice, peaceful campground on a river”

Stayed here several nights while supporting a Ike on the PCT. Not far from Sonora Pass and on Hwy 108 off of Hwy 395 between Bridgeport and Walker.
