Great quiet park!! Easy to get to. Mrs. Anne(owner)was very welcoming. Laundry room was cozy and comfortable with books to read and local information on tourist attractions near by. Will definitely be back and good water pressure and we streamed thru Verizon and had no issue watching our shows we record. Ty Mrs. Anne we WILL BE BACK!!

At the $750 monthly rate, one would expect a nice campground, with amenities. I had talked to these folks a few times before I left my winter spot in Arizona, and had prepaid for the month of April. I had the first of several VA medical appts. on April 3rd and needed to be situated prior to that. Well, two fronts that brought snow changed that, and could not move in until yesterday (April 7th). I understood the weather being a factor, and spent the week at Ellsworth AFB Famcamp. ..So, to keep this short: upon arrival, the road leading in and around the camping spots, and the spaces themselves were a giant Mud-Pit ! By the time I managed to get into a space my Rig was covered in mud! This would not have happened if there was adequate gravel throughout. And at the price, should have been paved, with concrete pads. I could not go in and out of my camper without tracking a bunch of dirt and mud in. Then, come to find out that the Shower/laundry facility would not be open "for awhile".
OK, it's 50 degrees outside today and upper 70's forecast within a day or two. After informing the Lady of the Park that I was leaving and wanted a refund, she was gracious enough to bring me a check in short order (minus the full day rate of $40 for last night). Then as I was packing up, her husband came by and was more confrontational.. wanting to know what the problem was. I told him that the amenities were part of the $750 rate, and that I was not happy being buried in mud! He told me that they had spread gravel two years ago... anyway, it's two older people trying to run the campground, and it's either overwhelmed them, or they do not think that Quality is a factor for their clients.

Had trouble finding a campground, it was the week Sturgis ended! Found this one and glad I did! Nice privately owned campground. Very quite, some shade and the owner is nice and friendly.
This isn't a "fancy" campgrounds, no pool or club house, but a rally nice place to "headquarter" from while visiting.

We called a few weeks in advance the woman on the phone said she had room and took our details for check in. When we arrived there were no spots available and when we called to clarify she said that someone else came in and took our spot. We scrambled to find another location and luckily found someplace with availability. Absolutely, unacceptable to drive 800 miles to have your "reservation" given to another rig.

Showed up before 10 am on a cold and blustery day. They were very accommodating and nice. Bathrooms and showers were the nicest I have ever seen in an RV park.

Only 8 miles to town, but out in the country. Sites are mostly flat; some have some shade and others in full sun. PA rate was $20 for 2 nights and $40 for the third night. Well worth it.

Verizon was 3 bars 23.96/4.72 mbps down/up without a booster so solid coverage.
Rates aren't published but they do have a yearly rate of $1500.
