We were their first paying customers and really enjoyed our stay. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and easy access to white sands national park and the aerospace museum. We also took a day and drove to see the aliens at Area 51. Steve and Sis were great. Should give this place a try.

Friendly and clean mom and pop RV park. The owner was very friendly and helpful. They have newly installed full hook ups. It is a little off of the highway and a little hard to see the turn off to get to in. Great value and it has a nice view of the mountains and a pistachio farm.
Ok cell signal. We would come back

No amenities other then electric and water. Price is higher then stated on Campendium, it is 40$ a night. There is absolutely nothing besides water and electric. They allowed generators and one site had a super loud one. Site was very level.

As was said before, this is a campground in the making. The owners are very friendly and helpful and are building a nice campsite. As of yet there are no bathrooms, laundry, or showers. That is all in the works. However they were very accommodating to us as we needed to find a place to stay that night for a week.

About 6 miles into main area of Alamogordo.. Right next door to Pistachio Land.
There are no extra amenities yet (planned laundry & showers in future). Also offers storage for short or long term..sites are about 70’ long or so. A couple of sites are 30 amp but most are 50 amp.
At $30 per night without any discount’s…with long level gravel sites and 50 amp FHUs. I feel he needs to go up $10 or so per night.
Not much grass around for the dog..but its a real fine upper grade gravel..so easy walking for our dog . T- Mobile 5G 55 down & 2 up
