Google maps instructs to turn east off 395 at S. Willow Ranch Rd. But sign at that location identifies road as County Road 47E. There is no reference to Lassen Creek Camp at the 395 turnoff. So, confusing. But 47E is the proper road. Go 2.3 miles to a road junction. Go straight across for 3.0 more miles. Turn right over bridge. Turn left after bridge. Go 0.2 miles to camp (on left). Beautiful little spot. No Verizon or AT&T signal

Several large unnumbered sites, some shaded by large ponderosa pines. Along Lassen creek. Over 5000 ft altitude, in a canyon. Remote location, no services, strictly boondocking. Not close to Bidwell, actually on west side of Warner mountains from Bidwell. Off of US Highway 395 about 7 miles. Near obsidian mines. No cell service unless you drive to top of Sugar Hill, at the Hang Gluder Launch site.
