Overall Rating

This NF campground is well off the beaten path. But worth it! 16 miles down a well maintained dirt road is this small NF campground. It has 3 well maintained, somewhat level sites that will accommodate small to mid sized rigs with no difficulty. The short campground road is probably 3/4 mile 7 to 8 percent grade to campground. We had no issues with our truck camper and I think most any rig would be okay. Just be mindful of the grade. The only neighbors we had were cattle from a neighboring pasture. There was recently a fence breach into the campground evidenced by the well placed cow pies throughout the campground. Breach has been repaired. There is a spring that flows through campground which has no potable signage. Although out of the way we would stay here again. It is an excellent spot to spend 3 or 4 days and unwind. There is no cell service at the campground, however if you walk up the hill to the sign, 2-3 bars is possible. Sometimes!
