Overall Rating

We only stopped one night on this trip but we have stayed here 3 times before. It’s so close to tobermory, really well organized and run. Showers and toilets are clean, sites are tidy and private if not necessarily the biggest

Overall Rating

We decided to stay at Lands End Park on a recommendation from someone we met at Algonquin Pines a few weeks ago. What a great park in Tobermory! Our pull-thru was a level, crushed rock area with plenty of room! The fire pit was nice, a large grass area and lots of trees that still allowed for the sun to blanket the site.

If you are planning a trip to Tobermory; and you should, Lands End is about 3 km to town, where you can buy anything that you need for supplies. The park and the town were at about 50% capacity, which during these Covid-19 times was about maximum for me.

Lands End Park would get a 5 star rating vs. the 4 star I gave it due to the "silly" reservation fee that they charge to book a campsite. C'mon folks, just charge me for the daily rate instead of nickle-diming me for these types of charges. O.K. rant over for now!

Park WiFi of course was terrible even for checking e-mails, but we did have 2-3 bars of Bell cell service.
