Lamb's Resort on Lake Superior

Located in the center of the north shore this campground is a great place and has it all! We had FHU and great access to the (rocky) beaches, river trail, playground and bakery! Yes a bakery (and pizza, subs, calzones) within walking distance! (Hint: place your order the night before and pick up your baked goods the next morning cuz they sell out!)

The campground is clean and the location is perfect for exploring the state parks, trails, shops, etc!

We had stayed at this resort previously but in one of their cabins. We love Lamb's! The grounds are fantastic and the staff is second to none. We have a 26'TT and the sites are huge, private and offer hook ups. There are on the water sites that are ON the water but ours were uphill from the lake. Our site had a picnic table and fire ring. The bathroom and shower house or clean comfortable. The office has a fair amount of camping goods and there is an arcade on site. They just seem to go above and beyond. They had bandannas for the dog (free) and fire starters (free). Short walk up the hill there is a bakery/coffee shop, a local museum, And the Cross River. In less than 45 minutes you could be in five or six different state parks, BWCA , or neat little towns. There is so much to do up here!
