Best camp site we have stayed at yet on our cross Canada car camping trek. Accommodating of tenters. Did not upcharge us for staying on an RV equipped site.

Overall Rating

Stayed here 2 nights in mid-September. Very quiet. About 1/2 of the sites are occupied by seasonal campers. Sites are mostly grass with some gravel mixed in.

This campground is one of those summer destinations that you haven't heard of....yet. A beautiful little 28 site campground in a wonderful small town of Shoal Lake, Manitoba. The campground is at the edge of the lake surrounding by well kept green spaces including a park with fountains, a playground, a swimming pond, a washroom/shower ... more
