Located on Lake Erie (Ohio), the community of Lakeside is private and offers residents and guests a vacation like experience. Check out the website https://www.lakesideohio.com/
Our family had a blast playing together and experiencing all Lakeside had to offer. The camping fee does not include the admission and parking fee for Lakeside, but most visitors pay much more to rent the cottages in this exclusive private vacation community making the campground a bargain.
The campground amenities are average but you can access anything you want or need in the town. Other campers are friendly, the grounds are gated and safe. The only downside to this campground is the proximity to a high traffic road. We had a sound machine to mask the sound of traffic.
