Nice spots next to lake for fishing. Trail goes around lake and is an easy hike. Bathrooms were clean and was able to dry camp the weekend with my solar helping recharge batteries. Water fill is next to dump station and spots are all well maintained.

I picked site seven because it was on the lake. The lake is not the most beautiful that I’ve ever seen but there are geese and ducks on it. I also heard frogs croaking and an owl hooting at night. The park is surrounded by beautiful trees and it has a very secluded feeling and honestly feels like you’re deep in a forest not close to a town. There is a lovely little trail that goes all the way around the lake and is very easy to walk around. It is 1.5 miles the entire trip around. The bathrooms were old but clean. I did not take a shower. You do need to get tokens at the ranger station in front for the shower. I am a solo female traveler and felt very safe here. Cell service was excellent!

The other thing we did not like about this park is that you have to go through the town and through a residential neighborhood to get to it; it did not feel like a real getaway

Loved the location of the campground and the lake itself was beautiful. Easy to walk trails. But there isn’t a lot of privacy between sites.

While site 23 is rated as "XL Trailer/Motorhome 32ft +" it is right on a turn. It was pretty tricky to get our 35 ft fifth wheel in there and just as tricky to get it out. I am sure some people were unhappy with me as we blocked the road for about 5 minutes while getting ourselves in and out. The pad is 38ft, so even though we rolled the tires back as far as we could there really wasn't room for the truck to park and I had to park it in the overflow parking about 1/4 mile away.
I thought WA's out of state fishing licenses were priced ridiculously so we didn't do any fishing, though I can't think of a better place to cast a line.
This spot was a dry spot, as most were. Since we were there for only two days and the weather was fantastic we stayed outside most of the time and thus didn't even need to run the generator even though the solar didn't get us a full charge. Had we stayed longer I would have had to run the generator for an hour or two to top off batteries.
Verizon was very useable if boosted, AT&T wasn't good at all.

We were here for a quick place to park the trailer and overnight. We were doing a day trip to the Olympic Peninsula and didn't want to take the trailer. Small campground in the trees on a small lake. Some sites lakeside. One bath/shower which required tokens. Get the tokens before you depart the ranger hut, they aren't available at the bath house. Seemed to be a popular local fishing spot. Very close to town.
