Close to Corn Palace if you want to check it out, easy access to I-90.
Made some new friends from IA who was camping in a similar type Class C that we were and we were all heading west to see sights.

Another good city park, not the cheapest, but nice and the showers were well cared for if not thoroughly modern. 3 bars Verizon and some OATV. A good night's sleep to restore our fallen spirits after visiting the Corn Palace at exactly the time when they are taking down last year's murals and haven't put up the new ones! Wah!

We stayed on a Thursday night and were about by ourselves. Well kept, clean, quiet and off the beaten path (the Corn Palace). Site 15 has a river view!! Would stay again.

Great for an overnight stay. Sites a little close together but only about 6 of us in the campground so room to spread out. Self registration station was easy. Sites with upcoming reservations are posted a few days out. Just pick a site not reserved for the night you are staying. Paddle boats and bikes to rent also through camp host.

There are some nicer sites away from the highway. Seemed there could be seasonal campers that use the camp as a home for seasonal work.
I had to remove dirt and leaves to get to the sewer opening. The cover was difficult to remove and had to spray down area with water prior to hooking up the sewer.
I would only stay here again if I had a site on the upper half.

We didn't have any plans for our drive home through South Dakota on a Friday night in June. It was hot so we were hoping for electricity and found this great city park. Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance and after that available sites are first come first served. We pulled into the park at 8:30 pm and were quickly greeted by the friendly campground host as we were paying at the kiosk. He helped us with our site and said he'd be available for anything else that we would need. The campground was very busy but there seemed to be a few available sites. This is a great last minute or planned stop. We plan to camp here again when we pass through.

We felt very special when we pulled into this campground and we’re taken to our site which overlooked the lake. It was a beautiful spot to spend the night. The park had sim workers there when we arrived but the camp host treated us like we were the only guest there event though the park had many sites taken. The facilities were adequate for our needs. They did not sell ice but not a big deal. We would certainly stay here again.

Little campground on the Lake. We stayed there 5 nights. We were in spot 3. Closest spot to the road. Noisy at night so we had trouble sleeping.
Showers and bathrooms really clean.
Not crowded besides weekends.
Weird place to put the firepit, so close to sewer!

We stopped (with a prior reservation -- thanks, Campendium!) here for one night heading from KS to WY. We found the campground pleasant for our one night stay. It was quiet, had water and electricity at our level site, and we used the dump station on the way out (including being able to flush our black tank using their non-potable water spigot). The lake was pretty, though most sites didn't have a direct view. It rained off and on the evening, overnight, and morning we were there, so that probably slowed down a lot of the boat and jet ski traffic we might otherwise have heard. We're pretty sensitive to that kind of noise at lakes. We'd stop by here again; it's maybe 5-10 minutes off I-90.

We will definitely pull in again if we get back this way.
