Kinda run down place and water problems drilling new water well, new owner trying to make his money back overnight . Little store with little bit of groceries , bait, fuel for boats.

Bathrooms are disgusting. Internet is awful, many things are broken. Like the power boxes are slowly being worked on since the new owner. Rates all went up without notice to monthly renters. There was a fire that someone lit in the middle of the night by a strange person. The fire department was called. It was so late a neighbor wo... more
Bathrooms are disgusting. Internet is awful, many things are broken. Like the power boxes are slowly being worked on since the new owner. Rates all went up without notice to monthly renters.
There was a fire that someone lit in the middle of the night by a strange person. The fire department was called. It was so late a neighbor woke us to let us know we were in danger possibly.
The city itself has rolling power outages! Not here or there, but actually frequent enough that it is an issue.
There is permanent residents in other trailers as well. Which, has a dealer and I will just say don’t bring your kids

Nice lake, but for our one night we did not get a site neat the lake. More expensive than other sites, but no internet, pool and only one shower for all.
