We had to get our dog booties to wear because the sap would get on her paws and she would pick up rocks between her pads and started to limp. The pet store in town had rubber slip on booties which saved us. To get to the site, the turn getting to the sites in the 165 area are tight... honestly too tight for big rigs and I won't be back because of it. Awesome that each site has their own waste barrel that the crew comes by and empties daily.
We will be spending the next 2 weeks trying to get the sap off our RV and Truck. NEVER again amongst the pines. I marked the site quality just because of the pines - not the fault of the resort...

Unique, quality entertainment every weekday - just while we were there for 3 days there was a ventriliquist and an illusionist.
Easy in and out, friendly staff. Place felt very safe with a "guard" house at entrance.
Their wifi was spotty, but both AT&T and Verizon had good service- I think we were 3 bars for each.

We stayed in site #332, which was well situated to both pools, the games & facilities and bike paths. The dog park here is one of the very best we've seen...and we've seen every mediocre dog park there is. Someone please tell KOA to come see what an ACTUAL well done dog park looks like.
You can stay on the upper area or lower. The pool is fancier at the lower area, but the sites are more woodsy and private up top. And it's easy to get around, so staying at one area and going to the other pool is easy.
Great camp store...bingo night was great, magic show for the kids, plus pickle ball, bike paths, tennis...and you still havent even visited Lake George Village!
I highly recommend both this park, and Lake George in general. Family fun for all.

Lake George RV Park may be the greatest campground we’ve stayed at yet!
Located about 2-miles from the New York State Thruway (I-87), this park is ideally situated for a Lake George area vacation. We spent 6-days in early-August and it really wasn’t enough.
The staff treated us so nicely and the array of resort-level amenities are beautifully-maintained and clean. They run a free trolley within the campground and to the local retail outlets. The park is so large, you’ll be happy to see that red trolley coming around to take you to and from your campsite and the swimming pools (plural), game room, theater which offers nightly entertainment, paddle boats, cafe, dog park, and much more. In addition, a local trolley service operates an hourly ride to and from Lake George Village. The cost is just $1 per person per trip (free for young kids) and discounted tickets are available for sale at the campground. The many opportunities for activities and entertainment are top-notch. Not just “campground-nice,” but really nice! And everything they offer is included at no extra cost (except food, of course). Check out their mobile app for updates to activities, a trolley tracker (fun + helpful!), and more.
The camp store was well-stocked with food and drinks, souvenirs, and RV/camping supplies.
Our pull-thru site (#109) was level and the full hookups all worked fine. Like most of the park, our site was nicely wooded for shade, but none of the trees were in the way of our motor home. Each site had its own trash can and they collected garbage daily. That’s nice and convenient.
Lake George RV Park is such a great place to stay that I hate to point out anything negative, but it’s why we rely on reviews. Two negatives to report. The site was a nice size and beautiful in so many ways except for the sandy dirt. With how charming everything is, I was surprised they didn’t at least put down gravel let alone concrete or asphalt in the sites. It was impossible to keep the dirt and sand out of our RV — and we tried. It also rained a few times during our stay which made it even worse. The other negative is their nonexistent wi-fi. It’s 2022, and we rely on wi-fi for connectivity to the office along with the ability to watch tv using streaming services (especially on a rainy night). The size of this place probably makes it difficult to provide good coverage, but it would be a huge improvement if they could figure it out.
It’s obvious that this is a family-operated campground because they offer so many niceties that corporate owners have done away with elsewhere. I positively can not say enough about how great this campground is. It’s a tremendous place and we can’t wait to go back!
THINGS I LIKED:
Clean and meticulously maintained property and facilities.
So many activities and entertainment options (at no extra cost!).
Proximity to Lake George Village.
THINGS I’D CHANGE:
Cover the sites with gravel, concrete, or asphalt. The sandy dirt is too messy.
Install reasonable wi-fi service.

This place charges $150 per and is a dusty tight and smoke filled camp. They neglect to mention the maple trees dropping residue on you gear top to bottom. Nice courts

Great campground. We stayed in the lower section and enjoyed the peace and quiet that we got there. Pools were beautiful, laundry was super clean, people working there were very nice - overall a great experience! Like any RV park, the sites were pretty close, but that is to be expected.

The RV park is within walking distance to the outlets next door. 4). Our site was a pull through, full hookup - the hookups were convenient and easy to connect to, with a fire ring and picnic table. The camp store firewood was well seasoned and lit easily, burned well. 5). Restrooms and showers were clean and well maintained. 6). Lots and lots of amenities!!!! 7). Trash is picked up everyday. Grounds are super clean and constantly maintained.
What could be better: Check-in process was easy, friendly and fast. To make it even faster: I recommend they allow customers to input their license numbers in advance (when making the reservation online) so the passes can be pre-printed in advance; and allow customers to order in advance ice and firewood for delivery on the day of check-in to the site. I think these small changes would speed up their process even further.

It’s ironic that there are a lot of campgrounds out there that call themselves a “resort” and yet the one that truly is a resort, doesn’t. Lake George RV Park is, simply said, amazing. The grounds are well kept, the facilities are modern and clean, hookups were perfect, site was level, staff is super friendly and helpful. There are quite a bit of seasonals but all of their sites and equipment were well-kept. There is everything you can imagine to do, if not here then nearby. I stayed here in October and can imagine that the place must be really hopping over the summer. The camp store has just about everything you can imagine. Walking from one end of the camp to the other is a hike in itself.
But of course, you have to pay for all of that delicious goodness – the fees are not for the feint of heart. The roads throughout the camp can be confusing just from the sheer number of them. Some sites look quite close together and others are more spread out but you can discern the difference from their map.
Not only would I return, but I don’t want to leave!

Perfect spot if you want to Hike, bike or even adventure kayaking Lake George. Everything is so close and such a beautiful spot tucked away in the Adirondacks. If you love to hike and explore the mountains, there is so many trailheads near Queensbury and Fort Ann. Bring your boots and enjoy the beauty of little falls at Shelving Rock Falls or look among Lake George on The Boulder Summit. Unfortunately, a lot of the amenities in town of Lake George were closed due to Covid and hopefully they will open soon. The Campgrounds is very clean and has a lot of amenities for all ages. The staff is unbelievable friendly and willing to help everyone. With our 36ft Image we felt comfortable but it could be cramped if it was a full campground I believe. It really depends on what you are looking for. We are very adventurous so we were barely at our campsite. They have Full hook up and wifi is available. We are surly keeping this on our favorite list.

It's a bit more expensive than most of the others, but we think it's worth it, and with the "planned" addition of a waterpark in 2018, there should be no competition!
Great (blacktopped) bike paths all over the park.
Nice tennis courts, pickleball courts and shuffleboard courts.
Two small ponds, one with paddle boats.
Two outdoor pools and one indoor pool.
Decent WIFI each time we've been there.
