We are members so I can’t answer about the charges for non members. We had a good stay the weekend we went. Unfortunately with COVID all the fun things were limited or not in use at all. Never less it was an adventure to visit someplace new. We had a 30amp power water but no sewer spot.
We’d go back but only after the place is in full operation.
You’ll see zero dollars paid or a three dollar per day up charge for 50 amp service in Campendium because in addition to being an open to the public RV Park, Lake Conroe Thousand Trails is open to members of Thousand Trails or those that purchase a Thousand Trails Camping Pass. The retail price isn’t going to be cheap. Hope this helps.
