#17 Was An Extreme Challenge to park a 30’ But It Was Quieter than #46 Where we moved to But #46 Has no space for your awning If U Have. People who were not our neighbors helped themselves to our dock.

I really enjoyed my stay here! I spent a week in an E/W hookup site. The park was clean and quiet (even when full). People were generally kind and respectful. Facilities were well cared for and it was just a generally nice atmosphere. The staff were all very kind and friendly. There are a few close hiking trails with some beautiful views and of course it’s only about a 20 or so minute drive to Hot Springs National Park. The town of Hot Springs is fairly small, but the main drag along bathhouse row has a lot of cool little shops to browse. Cell reception with Verizon was good along with reception for my T-Mobile 5g internet. It worked even better with my booster. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was the hot water in the showers…it lasts for about a minute and then the rest of the shower is generally somewhat (not ice) cold. I took some record showers!

This was our first stay and we can not say enough about this park. Very friendly helpful staff, quite throughout the park amazing lake views, deer everywhere and 3 easy hiking trails… one which leads to a beautiful waterfall. Put this one on your list❤️

Stayed for three nights, Thur - Sun in early September. About a third full on Thursday, nearly sold out on the weekend. Sites are close together in the B loop - we stayed in 18 with Water & electricity - but C loop was the best, especially the waterfront sites. All staff were super friendly, bathhouses were a cut above most state parks, and a family-friendly vibe was evident. Fun trails in the park, easy access to Hot Springs. Highly recommend.

Nice park, but a lot of the sites are backward.
Water is on the opposite side, and you need a minimum of 50' of hose.
The bathroom is clean, but both toilets leak when flushed.
There are tree roots coming up in driveway so be careful walking.
The park is fairly empty midweek, so nice and quiet.

Six primitive spots, each included a picnic table, fire ring, and ample room to pitch tents. Bathroom and trash within walking distance. Clean and well kept. No view of the water though. Must book two nights for weekend stays.

The campground is close to the town of Hot Springs and had a nice signal, which is why I chose it. After boondocking for over a week, it was nice to hook up to run the air for a bit and take a shower.
The office staff were very friendly and accommodating as well!
