I had been required to pay for my entire stay up front when I made a reservation here months ago. This week I was informed that if I wanted to be admitted I would need to provide a negative Covid test from within a week as this is their new policy. I did not wish to seek out Covid testing with no known exposure and no symptoms so requested my money back and I would seek elsewhere. I was offered a credit on a future stay. I told them I had no plans to return to FL in the future and wanted my money refunded. They still refused. This place must be pretty hard up if they would choose to rip off a customer like this!
