“Busy, arrive early week as 1st-Come-1st-Serve”
Nice wooded sites. We stayed August of 2017.
Water was weird! Several water.locations w/spring-loaded paddle handles & NO threaded hose connections! I got soaked trying to keep a hand-held connection using my rubber "Water Bandit" adapter. Very high pressure! (Hense 4-star review!) We'll need to use jugs or containers & a small drill-pump for next stay.
Close to the lake - just a short walk. Two loops, we stayed in the Southern-most. Map of campsite by USFS does not show the slips. All paved back-in sites. The only two "reservable" sites are group sites.
Be wary of the concrete posts along sides of slips! Bent the motorhome exhaust tips & scratched some cargo doors on my 33' Class-A while backing in.
Mostly shaded. Sun impacted in RV from about 1000 till 1430. Used our generator to run AC for about 3 hours per day.
Seeley Lake was just south & busy due to fire-fighting activity. The entire area was evacuated about a week after we left due to Forest fires. Smoke was not as bad at the campground as it was in Seeley.
Rotaidalg would stay here again

Nice national forest surroundings. Ran away from mosquitoes and marginal cell service.
Perfect Weekend Getaway!
Beautiful campground with a great beach and some of the best hosts I've ever met
