We stayed only one night in early February 2018 at Kofa View about 10 miles south of Quartzsite, Arizona and just off Highway 95. We had planned to stay 10-14 days but had problems with our brand new house batteries that had been installed that morning prior to our leaving Yuma. We drove into Quartzsite to Discount Solar to start a hig... more

There were RVs sprinkled all over the place outside/near Quartzsite...but we were the ONLY rig here! Awesome for Class A's. No issue getting in or out.

Really liked this stretch of BLM just outside the Kofa Wildlife Refuge. Plenty of space, within a 10 minute drive to Q, and easy access (via somewhat washboarded road). Wish we could have stayed longer; great night skies! Only problem is the dust from the road when people drive past (maybe 2 or 3 times a day). Just park further away fr... more

So quiet, secluded, and perfect! We got in with our 40-foot class A easily. We'll definitely be back. Great hiking in the area, too!

The perfect BLM if you like seclusion! Our 25 ft class c has no problem getting in or out. The desert road is well maintained. Sites are numerous and large. We've been out here twice so far and NO ONE is within eye shot! Plenty of wildlife including plenty of coyote so keep the smaller pets on leash! All and all this place is a diamond... more

“Super remote boondocking. Flat. Quiet. Somewhat scenic.”

This place has some wide-open spots. Most of them are level and getting in and out is very easy, even for long class A rigs. At night, the stars are super amplified, and the coyotes are plentiful. There are no lights to be seen. You can get far enough down this road so you don't hear any road noise and you see no lights. It's as if... more

Just 12 miles south of I-10 on AZ-95, there are plenty of boondocking spots available along the MST&T Road that heads east into Kofa National Wildlife Refuge. The first stretch of the well maintained road (just graded prior to my arrival) is BLM land with many pullouts you can setup camp. If you continue east you will eventually enter ... more

Lots of camping spots in this area. Many are suitable for any size RV. These coordinates point to a large, flat area with room for multiple RVs on either side of the road. While this particular spot is on BLM land, 1.5 miles down the road you enter the Kofa National Wildlife Refuge where regulations require you park no less than 100 fe... more
