Oroville-Feather Falls Casino KOA

What a nice campground! Plenty of space for our 38' motorhome and toad, we never unhooked. Very, very clean and well kept. The laundry was nice and they had a great campstore. The staff was great. The pool was clean and refreshing. They had a very nice playground and the grass was perfect, it looked like astro turf! The casino was nice and a short walk and the food was good. We received $20 in free play for signing up and won, so we made money on the deal! It was not crowded at all and everyone was very well spaced out.

Nice clean campground next to Feather Falls Casino. Free shuttle service to and from your camp site. Casino and campground discounts upon checking. Casino security patrols frequently 24 hours a day. Each site has two water connections, two sewer connections at each site. Well equipped camp store. Propane available at camp. Fuel station just 2 miles away. Cable hookup at each site also. Some sites much larger than rest.

We were transmitting back to Washington from South Lake Tahoe and randomly chose this spot. The staff was great, the place was immaculate, green lawns and lots of room to back in and between spaces. Showers were private and always spotless. The place was quiet despite a road nearby. All full hookups and a pool, hot tub, dog area, gift shop, clean laundry room, and if you’re into it, a casino 3 minutes walk away. Chico is 30 minutes away and Oroville Reservoir 15 minutes with lots of water activities. Free WiFi and cable.

We lived here while my husband worked a medical rotation at Oroville Hospital. We were not impressed with the town of Oroville, but were grateful to find a safe and clean place to live with our 3 kids while he completed his rotation.

Initially when we stayed here we paid the weekly rate, and it was fairly steep compared to what we were used to. Toward the end of our stay they finally gave us a monthly rate, and it was about half the cost!

The pros: incredibly helpful and kind staff, nice laundry facilities, and the best individual showers we've experienced at any RV park. The pool and hot tub area were always clean and the casino was in walking distance for a quick meal or take-out. It was fairly quiet for being next to a casino, and they also had a shuttle you could ride.

The cons: it's basically a parking lot with tiny strips of grass and the town of Oroville itself is interesting. There is a lot of clover in between the RV spots and we found the bees to be fairly aggressive.

Overall, we all have fond memories of our time here and are grateful to the great staff for being so kind to us. Definitely give it a stop!
