Overall Rating
Paid $52/night with a military discount. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient to the downtown harbor area. Two unisex full bathrooms with showers and a laundry room all very clean. The property is clean and maintained. There is a bit of road noise but slept well.

Overall Rating
On busy street close to nice downtown/marina area but a bit of a walk. As the smallest KOA in the country it offered average sites but at $90/night was very expensive with no amenities. The staff seemed pleasant but we didn’t interact much as we got in late on Friday and left early Monday. Would come back but only if price was in $50 range.
